a longer and deeper variant of the Monolina Monochord
We've added a low C to the Monolina series, which sounds below our D. The body is slightly longer than all other Monolinas, but slightly narrower and taller. This increased volume and longer scale length allow for the use of these low strings.
This large Monolina has 28 strings and, as usual, five bridges with templates. It is strung with 23 C overtone strings and 5 C bass strings. We developed it at the request of many customers. The Monolina G is the fifth instrument to the large Monolina C, which thus gains new importance in playing circles. There, it serves to round off the tonal balance in the bass range and for low accompaniment.
